Sunday Results (May 29)

Kokomo Speedway

With BOSS and MSCS both in action on Sunday night there were only 22 sprints on hand at Kokomo but with names like Boespflug, Leary, Windom and Grant on the entry list the track once again provided for a great night of racing.

After finishing 23rd in the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 earlier in the day it was Bryan Clauson winning in the second half of the "Indiana Double". Chris Windom finished second while Kevin Thomas Jr, who had won the first two sprint car races of the year at Kokomo, finished on the podium in third to retain his lead in the track points standings.

Kokomo Speedway will feature sprint cars once again next Sunday when they are joined by the USAC National Midgets in the final round of USAC Indiana Midget Week.

Tri-State Speedway

MSCS was in action to round out their weekend double header on Sunday night, this time in Haubstadt.

23 sprints made the call with Chase Stockon getting to the checkered flag first. Stockon took over the lead after Critter Malone had to come to a stop due to a car stopped in front of him.

Kyle Cummins battled with Brady Short for the runner-up position and got by on the final lap while Short would finish third.

MSCS sprints will return to Haubstadt on June 11 alongside MOWA.
