Saturday Results (May 14)

Lawrenceburg Speedway

With every other track in the state slated to run non-wing sprint cars on Saturday night cancelling that made Lawrenceburg the place to be where 37 cars made a run at the King of the Midwest crown.

At the end of a chilly night it was Jon Stanbrough being crowned the king after he edged Kyle Cummins and Shawn Westerfeld who finished second and third respectively. Shane Cottle and CJ Leary rounded out the top five.

If Stanbrough can pull off the win tomorrow night at Kokomo Speedway in the King of Kokomo event he will pick up a $1000 bonus.

We plan on being at Kokomo to bring you live updates so be sure to follow us on Twitter @INSprintCarNews
