Lincoln Park Speedway

With a big weekend at Eldora there were still two tracks in action in Indiana on Saturday night. 23 cars made the call at LPS with plenty of "heavy hitters" in attendance in Putnamville.

At the end of the night it was Brady Short getting his first win of the season at LPS and third overall after getting around the front runners late in the race.

The caution filled feature was mostly led by JJ Hughes as Jon Stanbrough and Brent Beauchamp gave chase early on, however late in the race as the leaders battled, Short was able to sneak by to get to the checkers first.

Shane Cockrum and Beauchamp joined Short on the podium as Kevin Thomas Jr. and Stanbrough rounded out the top five.

Lawrenceburg Speedway

The Kelsey Chevrolet sprint cars were back in action where its still early in the season but the track championship points battle is already heated with four drivers entering the night within 15 points of each other in the top four positions in the standings.

At the end of the night it was Jarett Andretti getting the victory as some of the Lawrenceburg regulars faced some adversity.

Dickie Gaines and Drew Abel joined Andretti on the podium. Jake Scott and Braxton Cummings also had good runs and tallied top fives finishing 4th and 5th respectively.
