305 Racesaver Update

After having a few people ask for more 305 updates, here is what has transpired so far at Bloomington Speedway this season as far as racesaver sprint cars go.

The season kicked off alongside the USAC sprint cars on April 15. Ethan Fleetwood picked up the victory with Ryan Tusing and Jared Fox joining him on the podium.

The following week it was Ethan Barrow, pulling double duty in both a 305 and 410, getting to the checkers first with Kendall Ruble and Jared Fox in tow.

In their last appearance on the red clay it was Luke Bland getting the win with Brian Gerster and Kerry Kinser finishing second and third.

Through the first three races of the season the class has been as competitive as any other form of racing in the state. Only Jared Fox has tallied more than one podium finish and there have been 5 different heat race winners with only Kendall Ruble tallying more than one heat race victory.

The points standings are equally as tight as seen below.

The next event with be this Friday. Racesavers will also join USAC at Brownstown on May 21.

1. Kendall Ruble
2. Ethan Fleetwood (-1)
3. Jared Fox (-4)

5. Tony Anderson (-12)
