Sprints are in action at various venues this weekend, all on Saturday night. Here is what is on tap.
Lincoln Park Speedway
LPS will host its $2000 to win Sprint Mid-Season Championship event on Saturday night in Putnamville where Bryan Clauson won last week during the sprint portion of Indiana Midget Week.
Entering the event, Shane Cockrum leads the track championship points standings by 43 points over Kevin Thomas Jr. while JJ Hughes and Jeff Bland both sit 77 points back of first place.
Also joining the sprint cars this weekend are the UMP modifieds, who will have their mid season championship next weekend, along with super stocks and bombers.

Tri-State Speedway
Sprint car fans will get the best of both worlds on Saturday night as they will be treated to sprint cars of both winged and non-winged variety at The Class Track.
On the non-wing side of the life, TSS hosts the Midwest Sprint Car Series (MSCS) where Brady Short leads the points standings by 31 points over Brandon Morin while Kyle Cummins sits 50 points back of the leader. In their last series appearance in Haubstadt, Chase Stockon picked up the MSCS win.
Also in action will be the winged Midwest Open Wheel Association (MOWA) sprint cars. Jerrod Hull enters Saturday's action with the hot hand after becoming the first repeat winner in MOWA in 2016 after winning the feature at Quincy Raceways in Illinois during the final weekend of May.
Joining the MSCS and MOWA sprints on Saturday evening will be the UMP modifieds.

Lawrenceburg Speedway
Sprint cars are back in action in Lawrenceburg Saturday evening when the track welcomes the Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (BOSS) back to the high banks alongside the Kelsey Chevrolet Sprints for Family Night at the track.
The evening will serve as the second round of the two night BOSS Border Wars event, the series having competed at the Limaland Motorsports Park in Lima, Ohio the night the prior.
Saturday nights action will be the first at the track since Shane Stewart triumphed there on Memorial Day during World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series action.

Paragon Speedway
Paragon returns to action for the Ford Twin 30's on Saturday night after last weekends original date was rained out.
Through two events so far at Paragon Speedway, Jake Scott has dominated having won both feature events. Scott currently leads the track championship standings by 11 points over Chris Babcock and 13 points over Andrew Prather.
Joining the sprints cars on Saturday night in Paragon will be UMP super stocks and hornets as well as pure stocks and bombers.
