USAC @ Lawrenceburg Speedway Preview (April 2)

Saturday night the United States Auto Club AMSOIL Sprint Cars invade the state of Indiana for the first time in 2016 when they take on the high banks of the 3/8 mile Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

Princeton, Indiana's Kyle Cummins enters Saturday evening as the USAC points leader trailed by Thomas Meseraull (-18) as well as Noblesville's Bryan Clauson (-18) who will be running a partial series schedule in his quest for 200 races in 2016.

Logan Jarrett is the defending race champion after leading all 30 laps in the event in 2015 to capture his first ever USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car Series victory. "T-Mez" Thomas Meseraull and Brady Bacon also tallied wins at "The Burg" in USAC action last season.

In addition to USAC Sprint Cars, UMP modifieds and hornets will also be in action Saturday evening. Lawrenceburg will be the only venue in the state hosting sprint cars this week before the season kicks into high gear next weekend.
