2016 ISCN Awards - Driver(s) of the Year

Driver(s) of the Year

Kevin Thomas Jr. & Bryan Clauson

There is a ton I could say about either of these two men so I will try to keep it short, sweet and to the point.

Both drivers had outstanding years on the Indiana sprint car circuit while both had shortened years for very different reasons. Kevin Thomas Jr. missed the front half of the year while competing in ARCA while the racing community lost one of its greatest drivers in Clauson in August.

Even so, combined the drivers racked up 20 sprint car wins across the state of Indiana at eight different race tracks. Here is a closer look at what both drivers accomplished this season around the Hoosier State. That's why both have been chosen as the Indiana Sprint Car News Driver of the Year.
